Our Active Kickboxing Bootcamp incorporates a range of various exercises – from Kickboxing combinations to functional exercises (such as lunges, battle ropes and resistance band training).
It is the perfect exercise for those adventurous at heart, always looking for something new and exciting to try out in their workouts!
The functional exercise included in this workout is guaranteed to make you work your entire body, leaving you refreshed after each workout (although you’ll be sweating buckets)!
We’ve only got 1-ever-so-popular timeslot!
Be sure not to miss it, because it only happens ONCE a week!
But before you get started, in order to maximise your kickboxing combinations, we would need you to attend our introductory class (held every Friday at 7pm)!
AKB stands for Active Kick Boxing.
The AKB introductory class is a designated special class where we go through the basics of kickboxing (stance, punches and kicks), making sure that you’re well versed in the basics before hitting hard on our punching bags!
