On some days, honestly, who still has energy left to workout after a full day in the office? Why not plan and squeeze in a 20-30 minutes workout during lunch?

The 60-minute ‘long-awaited-hard-earned’ lunch can be put to much greater use than eating at your desk or continue working in your head. A mid-day sweat accompanied with a nutritious lunch (a palm sized chicken breast, green veges/salad and some fresh blended fruit juice) will help keep your mind refreshed and alert until knock-off time!
