As mentioned earlier in the week, Active Red is very delighted to welcome our distinguished guest trainer this month! She arrived yesterday, whoohoo!
Danielle is a Kickboxing and Boxing fitness coach mentor and personal trainer to over 180 women in Brisbane. Focusing on women’s boxing for fitness, she has already hosted over 10 12-week long bootcamps in just 3 short years. Danielle has undoubtedly helped many women improve their fitness significantly in a short time and changed their lives!
Many of her clients have given positive feedback, saying that they have lost weight and upped their fitness levels in the short period of time that they have been training with Danielle!
Danielle will be hosting three Kickboxing Bootcamp sessions this coming June and July! The sessions will help you build your strength and stamina as you engage your body in some intense circuit trainings and drills! Come kick, squat and jump with Danielle as she delivers a fun, calorie crunching, total body workout that will leave you craving for more! It’ll be an enriching experience!
Kickboxing Bootcamp Sessions with Danielle Belshaw are as follows:
30th June 2013, Saturday (12pm – 1.30pm)
6th July 2013, Saturday (2pm – 3.30pm)
13th July 2013, Saturday (2pm – 3.30pm)
