We, Active Red, are a female-centered fitness center known for our Active Kickboxing Training System.
What is Active Kickboxing Fitness? It’s a high intensity full-body workout comprising of cardio, strength and resistance training! We have taken the liberty to remove the fight element of Kickboxing and re-developed it to be a fun & functional fitness programme.
Having no fight element in our classes means that you still get all the Kickboxing action and improve your fitness all at the same time! Kickboxing is a fantastic way to improve your physical health and fitness, accelerating weight loss, improved body strength and a great stress reliever (because punching is a great way to relieve stress).
