Our accredited Active Kickboxing Fitness programme focuses on the use of kickboxing, to improve your fitness levels!
Why do we use kickboxing as the medium? Well for starters, you get to punch and kick stuff! (which is a ‘win’ in itself) 😉
Besides the fun aspect of kickboxing, throughout every session, you will experience the following improvements:
- Accelerated Weight Loss
- Tone up and Lean up (due to resistance training from punches / kicks)

How to Get Started
To get started, all new clients are required to attend a compulsory Active Kickboxing Introductory Class held on the following days;
- Wed : 8pm – 9pm
- Fri : 7pm – 8pm
- Sat : 11am – 12pm
This class will be priced at $40 per pax.
