Kickboxing can be practiced for self-defense, general fitness or even as a sport! Like many other sports (and hobbies), it takes time to cultivate the skills acquired from the sport.
Kickboxing is an up-and-coming sport. With WAKO (World Association of Kickboxing Organizations) spearheading the movement to get Kickboxing recognised as an Olympic Sport (wow), that would be a few more years down the road before you can catch it in the Olympics.
Interestingly, Kickboxing can be adopted to a more ‘health-centric’ approach. Focusing more on how Kickboxing can help your child (and even yourself with our Adult Kickboxing Classes) develop key fundamental skills to promote physical activity, motor skills and self-confidence.

- Monday: 7pm (Beginner)
- Wednesday: 7pm (Beginner)
- Wednesday: 8pm (Advanced)
- Thursday: 7pm (Intermediate)
- Saturday: 11am (Open Level)
Our Active Kickboxing introductory class (Adult):
- Wednesday: 8pm
- Friday: 7pm
