This programme is endorsed under the Sports Education Programme (SEP). SEP is developed and administered by the Singapore Sports Council(SSC) and the Ministry of Education (MOE).





All participants in Active Kickboxing Bootcamp classes will get to enjoy our extremely fun Active Kickboxing sessions as well as engage in exercises which are integrated with over 500 varieties of circuit training, toning, strength conditioning and band works, this class is the epitome of fitness – a total body workout, definitely a great way to introduce a fresh new approach to doing your workouts. It will get you moving and at the same time give you loads of fun.

Our Kickboxing Bootcamp is fun-packed with aerobic and anaerobic workouts that benefit the students with:

  • Skeletal and muscular strength,
  • Improvements in hand-eye coordination,
  • Agility& endurance
  • Power& stamina,
  • Burning unwanted fat calories
  • Strengthening their developing bones
  • Effectively foster vital street defense skills outside the comfort of the schooling/working environment and
  • Confidence Building

Equipment used and provided by Active Red:

  • Boxing gloves
  • Inner linings for boxing gloves
  • Handheld punching pads/punch gears
  • Handheld kicking pads/kicking gears
  • Rubber exercise tubings
  • Dumbbells
  • Agility Ladder
  • Medicine Balls

Personal gear for classes:

  • T-shirts (no revealing tank tops or racerbacks allowed)
  • Tights or Track pants (¾ length or more – no FBTs or shorts allowed)
  • Track shoes with sports socks
  • Water bottle
  • Towel

Duration of class: 1 hour per session

Min class size: 10 students

Number of sessions: 24 / 36 / 48
